The photovoltaic miniature circuit breaker designed by Zhejiang DINGZHI PowerTechnology Co., Ltd. is a small automatic reclosing circuit breaker specially applicable to
the photovoltaic system. It protects the line in case of line faults such as voltage loss, undervoltage, overvoltage, overload and short circuit. When the line voltage returns to the
normal range, the circuit breaker can automatically reclose.The product conforms to the requirements of GB/T 10963.1 Electrical Accessories - Circuit Breakers for Overcurrent Protection for Household and Similar Installation Part 1:
Circuit Breakers for AC Operation, CQC1121-2016 Technical Specification of External
Circuit Breaker for Electric Energy Meter and other standards.
2. Technical Parameters
2.1 Service conditions
1. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.
2. Generally, the ambient temperature is -10°C ~ +45°C, and the 24-hour temperature difference does not exceed 35K.
3. When the ambient temperature reaches 40°C and the relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50%, or when the monthly average temperature is 25°C and the monthly average relative humidity is not less than 90%, appropriate treatment measures shall be taken for frost (dew) caused by temperature changes.
4. The external magnetic field of the installation site shall not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction.
5. Generally, it is installed vertically with a tolerance of 2° in any direction.
2.2 Classification
2.2.1 By pole
1.2P: two-pole circuit breaker with two protection poles;
2.1P+N: two-pole circuit breaker with one protection pole;
2.4P: four-pole circuit breaker with four protection poles.
2.2.2 By control mode
1. AC220V level control: The opening and closing can be remotely controlled through AC220V level signal. It also features overvoltage, undervoltage and voltage loss protection.
2. RS485 control: It can send protocol frames through the RS485 bus, remotely control opening and closing, read voltage and event records, set overvoltage andundervoltage thresholds, etc. Refer to Communication Protocol for details.
3. Bluetooth control: It can send protocol frames through the Bluetooth module, remotely control opening and closing, read voltage and event records, set overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds, etc. Refer to Communication Protocol for details.
