DZD-125D series DC miniature circuit breaker is a current limiting circuit breaker with overload and short circuit protection, which is suitable for overload and short circuit protection of DC system with voltage of DC 1500V and below.
Scope of application
DZD-125D series DC miniature circuit breaker is a current limiting circuit breaker with overload and short circuit protection, which is suitable for overload and short circuit protection of DC system with voltage of DC 1500V and below.
It is widely used in DC screen, DC distribution cabinet, DC combiner box, distribution box system of energy storage, photovoltaic and wind power stations, and protection system of communication distribution box. It can also be used for infrequent on-off switching of lines under normal circum-stances.
Model Number and Meaning
Operating environment
●The ambient air temperature shall be neither higher than +50°C nor lower than -5°C, and the average value within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C;
●The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m;
●The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the maximum ambient temperature is +40°C, and there may be a higher relative humidity at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20°C. Protective measures shall be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes, such as installing protective covers;
●The installation position shall be vertical, and the inclination in all directions shall not exceed 10°;
●It shall be installed in a place free from shock, vibration and rain and snow;
●Pollution grade: Grade 3;
Installation category: Category 11 or category III;
IP rating: IP20 (IP40 when installed in distribution box, cabinet or box).
Auxiliary, alarm contacts
Auxiliary contact: connected to the switching appliance auxiliary circuit, used to indicate the circuit breaker in the energized (ON) or not energized (OFF) state of the accessory.
Alarm contacts: used to indicate that the circuit breaker in the non-disconnect (ON or OFF) or disconnect (Trip) state of the accessory when the alarm contacts indicate that the circuit breaker in the Trip (disconnect) state, there are the following three reasons:
1. There is an overload or short-circuit fault;
2. Shared excitation release button off;
3. Line faults, undervoltage detent action.
shunt disconnect
Shunt release: At rated control supply voltage Us, the shunt release shall reliably de-energize the circuit breaker.
