DZW88 series intelligent air circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) are characterized by compact structure, small size, high reliability and zero flashover. The rated isolation voltage of circuit breaker is 690V, which is applicable to AC 50Hz and rated working voltage 400V, the rated current is 200 A ~ 2000 A. It is mainly used in power distribution network to distribute electric power and protect circuits and power supply equipment from the hazards of faults such as overload, undervoltage, shortcircuit, and single-phase grounding, and it has a variety of intelligent protection functions. Selective protection can be accurately realized to avoid unnecessary power outage and improve power supply reliability. Under normal conditions, below 630A can also be used for infrequent switching of lines. And it has the isolation function. The technical performance of the circuit breaker conforms to GB14048.2 Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Part - Low-voltage Circuit Breakers and IEC60947-2 Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Part II Low-voltage Circuit Breakers.

Normal operating conditions and installation conditions
● Ambient air temperature: Upper limit value does not exceed +40℃ ;

Note: ① For working conditions with the lower limit of -10℃ or -25℃ , the user should declare to the
manufacturer when ordering.
② For working conditions with the upper limit exceeds +40°C or the lower limit is below -25°C, the
user should consult with the manufacturer.
● Altitude: the altitude of the installation site generally does not exceed 2000 meters.
Note: If the altitude exceeds 2000 meters, the user should consult with the manufacturer
● Atmospheric conditions: When the maximum temperature is +40℃ , the relative humidity of air is not more than 50%, while at
lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed, for example, up to 90% at 20℃ , and special measures should be taken
for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

● Structure overview
This circuit breaker is in the form of three-dimensional arrangement, characterized by compact structure and small volume. Each phase of the contact system is enclosed in an insulating base to form an independent chamber.
